The Church is described in scripture as “The Body of Christ,” recognizing both the diversity and unity of the people who make up a local church who serve to fulfill the mission of Christ. Needless to say, volunteers of all different kinds are the primary way the church fulfills its ministry. In other words, the church needs volunteers to function. While volunteering supports the overall ministry of the church it is also a vital part of growing in Christ. Christians that do not serve others will become stagnant and dissatisfied with their Christian experience. In other words, you need the church as a place to serve so you can continue to grow in Christ. As the Body of Christ serves one another and the community we are in, God is glorified as His mission is accomplished.

Please take a few minutes to complete the following Volunteer Survey so we can help you find the best place for you to serve as a volunteer. You may submit your survey digitally, to a greeter at the service or drop it by the church office. After submitting your completed survey, you may be contacted by a person leading a ministry you indicated an interest in. Thank you for your selfless support of this ministry and your willingness to help grow the ministry of Kure Beach First Baptist Church.
